Due to the personalized and digital nature of tarot readings and downloadable products, all sales are final. No refunds, returns, or exchanges will be provided once an order has been placed.

Apparel & Physical Products

We accept returns or exchanges for damaged, defective, or incorrect items. Requests must be made within 14 days of delivery.

• Photos of the item.

• A description of the issue.

Custom-made or personalized items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or incorrect.

Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if production or delivery has not begun.
